I had ordered for a pair of sandals worth Rs. 1149/- in April and the item received was too tiny. Was returned in April itself. Got a notification on 14-April that the refund has been initiated but the amount was never transferred. Upon calling I was told that there was some issue in Finance and it will be transferred soon. I get another notification in June that money has been successfully transferred. Again no amount credited. These guys are thugs. They are hoping that we will be assured that the money has been credited based on the notification and not check the account. I have read similar complains on FB by other customers as well. That’s their modus operandi. To cheat thousands of people of small amounts and rake in huge money.
Total scam co. They are going for IPO. Watch out guys!
