This company is not only cheating their own countrymen during a pandemic and crisis but also providing with a good amount of grief on days when they should be happy. On someone’s birthday! I too faced the same grievance like countless people here. Neither did I received a cake or any whereabout of it by the the company nor did I get a clear assurance of getting my money back. They sent me an email stating i should opt for a coupon instead of a refund which according to them it might even take more than a month or two to get it. I opted for a refund, obviously. However, I received a following email stating that I received a coupon but not surprisingly, couldn’t see any coupon code whatsoever in the email. I tried contacting these merrymen trying to get a resolution but I guess their phones have been stolen like their soul I suppose. Now for the benifit of the community, I decided to take on this case and try to find the people so that I can hold them responsible for these wretched crimes against community. Oh did I forget to say that I’m a lawyer? I’ll be making sure this site and its owner/owners get what they deserve. I’m sorry for the people who couldn’t get their money or happiness back. You have provided me with ample proof so do not worry. They’ll be in jail soon enough. And shame on you mouthshut for rating a company 4.2 when more than 50 percent of the people rated it one star!
