It is the first company where I started my career. I was there for 3 months. Wafy Tech was owned by a couple. they both are very rude. I strongly say they don’t know what is people management at all. They are looking for only one thing that is profit. I was paid 5k per month. They wont give leaves even for very important family functions. They wont believe their staffs basically, especially that lady I forgot her name. They are money minded. Its basically not an IT company.
Freshers, please don’t join there because if you join there you will loose interest towards IT and programming. Dont believe their web site WafyTech dot com. Its all fake. there we should not move from our place. we should eat, drink everything sitting in our place. If we do like that we will get stress and in the worst case it will lead to piles.
Do not join Wafy tech Chrompet, Chennai. I am not an enemy but I am saying this from my exp. They are not people, they are murderers.
