When it is cooked along with butter in tomato gravy it becomes vegeterian butter chicken. When it is cooked in tandoor it becomes tandoori soya tikki very much like tandoori chicken. Afghani chops, paneer tikka all items are mouth watering.
There is no restaurant better than Waah Ki Waah in Dehradun; although a similar concept restaurant in Indore smoky grills is better than this one.
We ordered Afghani, veg butter chicken, tandoori soya tikki and mughlai tikka, both made of soya but truly amazing dishes, like master chef sort of dish. So tender and tasty, one should try it for sure
The food is brought from New Delhi in train and its just warmed up and served here.
Ambiance is not cool, so better to call for free home delivery if in 3km range or take away. ;)
