What? - You will write a review on WBHH2? What - You are going to recommend it? What - You are going to admit that you actually enjoyed a movie - jo aakar chali bhi gayi aur kisi ko maloom nahi pada.
Therse were the questions that were there in my mind when I decided to write this review. Been thinking about it for some time. I actually thought that I would be the first one to write on this movie, but was pleasantly surprised to see 4 reviews and that too positive ones.
To be honest, I stumbled on this movie by chance. You know one of those nights when wife decides to go to sleep earlier than the usual. you spend some 10 min changing karvats on bed and then you get up, go to the living room and switch on the TV, mindlessly flip through the channels and then suddenly you see a new movie to be started on cable.(thankfully I watched the titles, otherwise I would have not even known the name). You decide to hang on, primarily because there is nothing else to watch and gradually you get engrossed in the movie.
The movie is about a copywriter Arshad Warsi who is in a live in relationship with a cop, Sandhya Mridul. He has not told her that he has a brother who is a part of underworld. The brother gets killed in a inter gang rivalry and then she comes to know about it. She is very angry and throws him out of the house.
Our hero spends the whole night drinking and finally decides to sleep on a bench. He is then witness to another inter gang shootout, in which one person(forgot his screen name, dont know his real name), lets call him B, is critically shot. Hero thinks about running from there, but then decides otherwise and takes B to a doctor. Thus begins a friendship between a copywriter and a Gangster.
The rival gang is led by a lady P. Sandhya Mridul is the police officer assigned on the case. P kidnaps Arshad warsi, at the same time Ps hideout is raided by police, In between Arshad comes to know that B has killed his brother, a gang of Sardars shown regularly- you dont understand why till the end, guest appearance by Mahima.
Music wise - there is a hit song - allah ke bande. Acting wise - It is a Arshad Warsi movie. You will love him and yes you will also like B.
The fillm is a must watch. Clean Family entertainment, good subtle humour. A movie which leaves you a with a feel good kind of aftereffect.
I have made up my mind to rent out a CD/DVD(if available) and show it to my wife, because I am sure she is going to enjoy it and so will all of you .
