Please do not go anywhere near Wakefit. I placed my order for Wakefit Cot, Mattress, and side tables on Sept 22, 2024. I finally got my bed sometime in December 2024. [ORDER202409ecaMK7]. I tried to contact the CEO and the senior members to highlight my concern. But they did not revert. The customer service desk is one way communication. The whole process of getting anything done through Wakefit is convoluted. The assembly carpenter does not speak with the warehouse, the warehouse does not speak with the transporter, transporter does not speak with the delivery boys, the production team do not speak with the customer etc. As a result I kept on getting wrong parts after long gaps of time. Finally when the bed was assembled after many months, it was definitely a bad design and sub standard. Please go to a shop where they take end of end responsibility of delivery, after sales service and delivering what you see in the showroom. In case of wakefit, what you order and what you get many different. I live in a two storeyed penthouse. The delivery boys left heavy furniture outside my house and fled instead of carrying it to the bedroom on the first floor. There were literally dozens of calls from delivery boys, carpenters, transporters, sales etc, each passsing the blame on the other. No one takes ownership. Including the CEO. So if you want peace of mind NEVER buy Wakefit
