One of the most pathetic companies to deal with. I have ordered a mattress that I wanted replaced, they have taken more than 1 month and my previous mattress is not even picked up yet. Every time I call, they take 24 hours to update anything. Extremely pathetic customer service and rude staff. No one answers your queries, they don’t know their own protocols, and keep making excuses like I wasn’t at work yesterday, so I couldn’t get this done. WTF.. I would recommend spending a little more and buying from a more reliable company who actually appreciates their customer’s business and not from companies like wakefit.
