I ordered two wakefit napper single seat sofas. One of them was delivered with a damage on the armrest. I saw a hole under the arm rest after signing the delivery form.
I raised a complaint in their web site, no response till now. I just got an auto reply after filing. That’s all. Nothing after that.
Their phone is an eternal wait.
