I have a placed a return order for one of the mattress that I had ordered from wakefit as I had developed backpain sleeping on it. Its been more than a week the product is picked up but not yet updated and reflecting on their website. I have raised a complaint and also shared the return pickup proof and get they are asking for 24-48 hours everytime I call them to take an update on refund.
Highly disappointed with the service. Not recommended at all..
