To begin, worst of the kind customer support post sales. These guys will tell you and show you anything to sell their product. I bought a rocking and revolving recliner, from the day of delivery the recliner has been making all kind of spring and knocking noise. Upon contacting the customer care I was asked to upload the video which I did. Since then all I hear from them is give us 48 hours, been 10 days nothing has been done. Even worse is they talk about their no return policy, meaning they will deliver the product however u have to keep it even if it is damaged or malfunctioning. Definitely never recommend wakefit!!
