I ordered an Neptune study table from Wakefit and received one of the most pitiful products, services, and a load of lies. I received a damaged product, and the wake fit carpenters were unable to correctly assemble it due to defective parts, leaving it half-assembled and stating that it would be fixed in "48" hours. That was the start of my never-ending quest for "48" hours. The carpenters never returned, and all I could do was phone customer service over and over, only to be instructed to wait another "48" hours. Its been 10 days and many calls to customer service, and the device is still half-assembled and in an useless state in a corner of my house.
