I am writing to formally express my dissatisfaction with the wardrobe I received from Wakefit, which has proven to be of substandard quality. Despite my efforts to address this issue through your customer service channels, I have met with frustration and disappointment.
On 12th April, I purchased a wardrobe from your company, drawn in by the promises of quality and durability that your brand represents. However, upon delivery and assembly, it became clear that the product does not meet the expected standards And the color is not satisfactory.
I reviewed your return and replacement policy before purchasing, which seemed to present a fair avenue for resolution in cases of product dissatisfaction. However, when I contacted your customer service team to initiate a return or replacement, I was met with resistance and were informed that such remedies were not available for my case. This response contradicts the options advertised on your website and leaves me feeling to not trust your brand.
Also, The representative’s demeanor was unprofessional and frankly, rude, which I found deeply concerning.
If they don’t have technical knowledge then they should not justify they’re lies.
Wakefit seems more of scamming company and deeply disheartened with the gimmicks used to cheat customers.
If money is all you want, you can work hard and earn with dignity instead cheating and eating people’s money. Be happy with my money and hope it serves you for few meals.
Unfortunately am seeing all reviews now on reddit to see how bad your company has treated and misused customers life.
Money can be earned but the reputation of the brand cannot be retained.
