Absolutely poor customer service. I have ordered 2 product since last 20 days. A home decor was delivered which was average quality not worth the price. I have asked for return ( since they have. 7 day return policy) and they are trying to give offers for exchange. I cancelled the other produxt ( a tanke which was expensive) after seeing this attitude. It has been 10 days now, they haven’t sent ot cancelled the order. No one bothers to respond on mail and call center says team will call you. Never buy from them. They are cheats
