Walls & Floors had put up exhibition in HiTex around 15th Aug 2010, and on offer they were giving wall paper at rate of 2500 Rs per roll with fitting. They promised that if you book you could select any wall paper from their show room in Banjara hills, Hyderabad. When I went there for wall paper selection, and selected a wall paper. However, manager Deepak called me later that this wall paper could be selected from only some selected catalogs (which are more China made inferior products).
For the wallpaper I selected I need to give 500 Rs. more per catalogue. This is totally unacceptable and in a sense fraud. I had given them advance amount only on promise that I could select any catalog, and if such was the case why didn’t the manager told me that in first place when I went to select wall paper. Have wasted so much time on this now, and feel very frustrated.
