I purchased a computer online from Walmart.com. shortly before Christmas(December 15).. The day after Christmas, the computer was on sale for $70 less and they also included a printer and carrying bag . I contacted them and told them if I purchased it in the store, I would have to get a refund of the difference in price and also get the 2 added gifts that weren’t offered previously.
I was told i only had seven days after placing my order to make a request for the refund and additional items. This is ridiculous. You get penalized by purchasing from walmart.com online so don’t do it. They are getting there computer back and i will never do business with walmart again. There customer service is awful!
It makes no sense that i could place an order for the item at a lower price and receive the additional items and return the previous purchase to a store when all they had to do was meet my request. What a joke!
