First of all Heartiest congratulations to TEAM INDIA. We have done it after 52 years. Its a great thing and Well done guys U have made us Proud..
Now regarding Rahul’s decision of declaring does it still makes an issue. WEll IF YES then I’m really sorry for Indian mentality of personal achievements over teams achievement. I’m sure even Sachin will be enjoying his day tonite. So why do we want to argue on it.
What if Sachin had got out on 194 will there still be any issue..I m sure not ..Then y do we blame a captain who has done it for the team to give it ample time to win their first ever test.
IF we come to the statistics..the number of balls taken by sachin was just 27 balls lesser than sehwag to make his 194 while sehwag made 309 what a difference..Besides if sachin was just supporting sehwag what happened when Sehwag got out was he still supporting Yuvraj and laxman who too batted at a brisk pace..
So WHY to blame Rahul when Sachin was himself the culprit of his missing his 200. He was given ample time.. He didnt use it... and I’m surprised by sachins comments that he was surprised when the declaraton came. It can’t be possible that he was not aware that the declaration was on the cards. Well he himself is to be blamed..
ANd whatever it may be whether sachin fault or rahuls fault ..We should not blow the issue AND ENJOY THE FACT THAT INDIA has won...
