Washington mutual bank came in and took over coast federal savings and great western bank both with great customer service and community involvement and wm became the monster on the corner...i have not met ANY ONE who is happy banking with them...I personally had four accounts for different business needs and CLOSED THEM ALL! a big disappointment that’s what they are out to squash the average guy...many a client has been successfully directed
to other banks by our office and we are proud to claim it.Washington Mutual is the example of ’’ big brother’’ we all were dreading in the 1970’s and here he is..We just didn’t expect it to be a BANK!!!Use Bank of America they cleaned up their act and are really a good bank ...who knew?..the average guy is welcome and rewarded with excellent service and courteous employees as it should be!
