My experience with watchkart has been horrible. I had ordered a wall clock after full payment through internet banking. Even after 6 days of payment I didn’t receive the clock hence when I enquired about it with the company (customer service number) they said they haven’t received the payment. Only after repeated follow up from my side they confirmed that payment has been received.
Wall clock which was delivered was faulty and defective, this confirmed my biggest fear that the company dispatches the defective piece at discounted price. After repeated follow up with then they collected the defective watch through courier and agreed to refund back the amount. It has been more than 2 months since transaction, now the clock has gone and even my money.
Repeated calls to their customer service number has been giving me standard reply as to we are apologetic about the issue and we are taking this case personally and will get the about refunded.
It has more than 2 months and as final course of action I am filing a police complaint against the company and would file a case in consumer court.
For all the buyers please don’t buy the product from watchkart & lenskart site(fraud company).
