Waves Cinema sure brings a wave of fun-filled movie watching.
Located in the now very famous sector 18 market of Noida, the theater is reachable. It is made up of 4 huge theatres and a platinum lounge. Though quite a luxury, it is worth to try the platinum lounge once if you really like to be pampered. King like armchairs with a little pillow and blanket is what you get after spending Rs 500 for the platinum lounge. What follows is soft drink and regular popcorn for
each.
The lunch isn’t bad for those who are health freaks as they serve light but filling food. After the delicious lunch, you can order a cappuccino and what is served is a large mug of foamed steaming
mouth watering coffee. Make sure you go for a gripping movie at Waves Platinum Lounge or you will definitely fall asleep.
The normal seating is not so bad either. Air conditioning is very effective and seats quite comfortable. The two things that make Waves less preferred than other movie halls is ticketing counter. Being a
closed area and same queues for advance current tickets it seems like a fish market. To venture in that mass of chaos requires some guts.
After you manage to get through the tickets, Sprint café is another disappointment. One should be careful of the stale popcorn, fizzed out soft drinks and coffee that tastes like tea. These are only served best at platinum lounge. You can also wait till the end of the movie to discover the wide variety food court at the lower ground.
Parking is never a problem. The ample parking of Centerstage mall basement or the wide open space opposite Radisson Hotel is more than sufficient.
