I was working in Wavenet for past three years.It had been a great experience since it uplifted my professional horizon to a great level. Whatever I am today is just due to this company. I joined here as a fresher but now I have the knowledge and capability so that I can stand anywhere in the software Industry. Unfortunately I had to move abroad due to some personal reason, which made me quit this company .
Pros: Great motivational environment.
All Senior members co-operate and motivate very well. If you are an ambitious person with an appetite for knowledge then you will keep getting the opportunity for same . Salary gets credited before 1st of every month . Annual appraisal process is inevitable . Flexible office timing.
Cons: Small office campus, no cafeteria and this is it.
