I bought this hard drive almost 2.5 years ago for rs 5500 from offline retailer and I am very impressed with the quality of their hard disk as well as their customer service. Found no issues with this. its data transfer speed is very good too. once I dropped the hard disk and stopped working. I called customer care any I wa very happy with their service. they picked my hd from my house and replace it with new one. the new one is running very good.
