I have been using WD external hard drive for more than 2 years now and I bought this WD Hard drive as Western Digital is one of the most used computer brand all over the world but I have had bad experience as this hard drive is expensive as compared to the product specification. The hard drive makes noise when plugged in. Its transfer speed is very slow, it does not feel like USB 3.0. It is just not worth the money, WD is charging. I would not recommend this hard drive to anyone. There are many other in the market, go for them.
