I bought the WD ELEMENTS for storage and back up of files along with my Movie collection backup. for Movies and storage is good.
The only problem is when I take backup of files, If I create new folder and back up from system it works fine but when I want to rewrite in the same folder it is stuck with Read Only folders.
Even If I change the property from Read only to writable it goes back automatically to readable in less than 2 mins and doesn’t let me complete the file copy means. I create unnecessary duplicate files. it works okay on the main system where I have the software installed. but since I use it on different systems in office it is very difficult to rewrite the folder. However if I work on the file itself it works.
