I havent seen a more awful client administration. I had asked for a substitution from Western Digital.Initially I let them know that their distribution center is only 500 mtrs from my home.
In this way, they initially requested that me not send the Hard circle through messenger, but rather to convey it to their stockroom and get it supplanted.
As it would take just 10 mins. In any case, for the following two weeks, I went practically ordinary and they continued saying that the stock will arrive the following day.
Yet, that did not happen. At that point one day they instructed me to present the hard plate and they would illuminate me when the stock arrives. After that they deferred for one more week, saying they didnt have stock.
Presently when I call them, they say that they have dispatched it through messenger, in-spite of me requesting that not send by means of dispatch. Additionally they are giving me a false AWB number.
Its been a month and I have not got my Hard plate yet. Its the most exceedingly bad experience I have had.
