I am using this product since two month and I am facing lots of problems with this hard disc.sometimes the device is giving an error message.when I connected it to my laptop it showed that the device is connected , but I could not view it in the file explorer.there was also a noise coming inside the device.data transferring speed is 25-30 mbps and it is very slow.cost is too expensive compare to its speed.it does not connected on my samsung 40 led tv.it’s having some heating issues.absolutely regretted buying this product.please don’t buy, it will actually test your patience at times.
