I had purchased the hard disk on hearing the excellent reviews about WD hard disks! But it failed to impress me!
The hard disk gets corrupted easily and data storage and security of data isn’t there!
I had one lost all of my data because it went undetectable on my PC!
However the customer service is top notch!
Doing an RMA is a piece of cake and they have always provided great replacement hard disks!
Kudos to WD Team!
However the main reasons for buying a hard disk is storage and out fails to provide it’s service!
Therefore I would suggest to avoid WD and better go for Seagate, Adata, Transcend, etc.
