I will tell you what I am experiencing with western digital.
I had dropped my WD hard disk on the drop point at Kolkata. It was delivered on 9th of Nov. but I was not there to receive it. Somehow it was returned back.
Now, I calling the customer services everyday and everyday for the past one month I have been told that my Hard disk would delivered inside 3 or 4 days but it is not, as it turns out. I am very disappointed with the service I got from western digital and if something is not done in short time I am thinking of going to the customer helpline services of the Indian govt.
Bottom line is I am not recommending Western Digital to any one.
