Expectation Crasher!!!

Venue : Sterling Cinema

Plot in Short : lusty men meet many lusty women..have lusty moments..then the right man (our hero) meets the right woman..at the right moment and so..happens the right thing ’’love’’. this is followed by dishoom dishoom ...a bit of chasing..then proposing...end of story!..Read on I’l tell you the plot in detail.

Plot:

The movie wisely assembles the elements for a laugh-out-loud comedy, but it can’t make them fly.

Vaughn and Wilson play Jeremy and John, old buddies who crash weddings. They have it all figured out how to pick up bridesmaids, available girls, unavailable girls, even the occasional straying wife. There’s nothing like a wedding to get women feeling romantic. When they debate their seduction theories and go to work on their targets, they’re very good.

Jeremy and John’s greatest challenge: Crashing the yacht club wedding of the daughter of Treasury Secretary Cleary. How can this go wrong..when all the others didn’t? Both score well as conmen, Jeremy scores down on the beach with the youngest Cleary daughter Gloria (a nymphomaniac) and John falls more seriously in love with the most beautiful Cleary daughter Claire . Gloria wants her daddy to invite the boys back to the family’s shore place, and starts stomping her feet and throwing a tantrum to get her way – and she succeeds.

Once on their sprawling lawn Secretary Cleary suggests a game of touch football. That’s when we become aware of Sack, Claire’s fiance, who tackles with brutality and has the charisma of a butchers knife.

The fiance soon finds out that these two are actually wedding crashers and leaks this out to Secretary Cleary’s family and has them thrown out. Now John’s task is to get back with Claire cause she has lost trust in him. He gets one helluva break to do that, Jeremy’s wedding to the nympho Gloria...then..story over!

Also toward the end, the movie brings in a surprise guest star who’s specialty (picking up girls at funerals) is treated as if it’s funny all by itself, and doesn’t need to be made funny.
