Amazing na, I never knew that I has that much self confidence to lose kgs on my own. I was 87.5 on 31st Dec 2007 and as a new year resolution I told myself weight loss is my no-1 priority. I initially started running for 10-15 mins and did some light exercises and lost a few pounds but again gained them but eating junk.
Then I thought restraint is the best medicine and started both exercises(only free hand, running, avoiding lift and using stairs to go up and lots of walking) and avoiding any unhealthy food. Initially I lost around 2-3 kgs per month and after reaching 78 it alomost became a constant.
Now I have started having fruit breakfast with green tea, almonds, fried figs and broken walnuts. The result are awesome, I lost almost 1.5 kgs in 1 week and currently I am 76.5 and my wasit decresed from 36 to 32.5. My target: 70 kg weight and 30 inches waist and I know I can do it. Discipline is very important to weight loss
