This company is a big scam, they have no products, no trained customer care executives, have no sense of customer grievances. They just take your money never to do any reimbursement
My experience is as follows
> While purchasing the product for 4 family members, for which I paid Rs 12500, I was promised that I’ll get 2 medical devices for checking BP and massage machine
> The money was paid immediately online and I was told that the kit with the devices will reach me in 15 days time.
> Even after 1.5 months, I didn’t receive anything
> When called and mailed them, I was shown that the kit has been shipped(the courier date clearly showed that it was done after I had mailed and called them)
> On receiving the kit, when I saw that they sent me the vouchers for only Rs14000(max) allowed(this was never told that there will be any limit) and that too had condition for what purpose each voucher can be used
> When I inquired about the devices, I was told that they don’t have the devices and will be sent once we get them(which has never happened even after 7 months)
> When I filled the reimbursement, I was told that the reimbursement will be sent in 15 days again, but its been more than 2.5 months already and still haven’t received the reimbursement
> The customer care executives don’t understand the customer needs and doesn’t even transfer the call to their managers(saying that you don’t have an issue and if the issue that you are telling, I can resolve it).
Basically this is a scam and you must protect yourself from this company and the people working for this company.
