In my 14 years of IT experience, I haven’t seen any company like this . Well Fargo offer many employee friendly benefits which you would not see with many IT organizations.
They really care for employees.I see many negative reviews about the company/managers but remember, that is the common problem you will see with any organization, no environment/manager is perfect and that’s reality - you will need to change yourself as per organization.Be a part of solution than always looking and finding problems.
