Visited on Sunday afternoon waited 40 min to get in to have the most expensive fast food in the NCR after all the hype they made in the newspapers with paid advertisements. Utter confusion inside the restaurant three different sets of staff uniforms most of them who do not have any name tags. After placing the order like regular fast food place you must take a number tag to your table and slip at the order table. Food takes a awful lot of time to come to your table as the same table taking the orders for dine in customers is also handling takeaway orders.
Fries were not at all hot or crispy but bland without salt or any at the table to add. Burgers are small in size for the price you pay and was also not hot just warm.
Food is crap no Quality, small Quantity only hype about quality just an expensive burger meal. Even Mc. Donald’s, KFC and Burger King are any day much better at least their burgers are hot n fresh and much more hygienically prepared.
The restraint has only one common dirty toilet for men and women no wash basin to wash ones hand outside. With a capacity of 50+ you need to wait really long to just wash your hands. I wonder how they got their restaurant permits.
Tables do not have Ketchup or any sauces you get a small teaspoon full along with one small tissue for the rupee 200-300 you paid for the meal. The drinks come loaded with Ice they don’t ask you if you want it or not. The food is kept on the common table open where people are also waiting for their packed orders with a lot of confused staff all around trying to figure out incomplete orders talking to each other and customers on top of your partly prepared order that is kept open not covered with paper like KFC etc. so you certainly also getting added flavors of peoples saliva(spit) coming from the people and staff waiting n talking around it.
The COO of Wendys India running the restaurant is the icing on the cake an extremely rude arrogant person Mr. Arvind Dixit. Looks timid but arrogant like hell, was not open to hear feedback replies rudely. He has the rights for Wendy’s in India and it has already gone up his head even before they have taken off. When I approached him with suggestion he told me he knows his job and not to disturb him.
I am surprised how Wendy’s gave a person who has no experience in restaurant management to run Wendy’s in India, he did work as Director Operation at Mc Donald’s and has come with other from there to ruin Wendy’s name in India like Ms. Anushree Shivpuri, Deputy General Manager, Wendys India who witnessed Dixit’s rude behavior silently like it was an amusing show going on. After all she came with him from Mc. Donald’s India as Marketing Manager, now elevated to Deputy General Manager to get amused watching customers getting humiliated.
Disgusting experience will never visit it again.
