Yesterday I had been to this showroom to inquire about a bike.
As soon as I entered the showroom I saw there wasn’t any cleanliness inside the showroom and no staff was inside they were backside as they were all on the lunch so I found one man inside there I asked him to show me the vehicle and explain me the feature he was like I don’t know you will have to wait till people finish their lunch!
I was like why do I need to wait I am your customer still I waited and the one staff member came he s hoed me the vehicle but had no proper knowledge about it I judged him since the was he was talking to me was not at all professional.
Then I asked him to give me the quotation but they didn’t even know how to make it.
I just wanna say that it was like so unprofessional.
I just recommend everyone out there get it from other dealer they just don’t care about customers!
