My Westing house 1.8L Rice Cooker(WKRC18-PH) purchased from Homeshop18 is lying in the rack since November 2013(7 months). https://westinghouseindia.com has NO SUPPORT PAGE to find where to take this for servicing. They sell products and give away 2 years of warranty which is USELESS as you cannot claim them anywhere in India. Y
ou cannot find the service centers on Just dial as well! It’s already more than 14 months since I’ve bought the rice cooker and the coil is burnt after 7 months of use. I can’t understand why this product is sold in India if they cannot offer service! It’s a WORST choice to buy this product looking at the long history of westinghouse! Toll free number 1800 425 5547 is USELESS as NO one will answer it! Sold cheap Chinese products with an American tag and fooled thousands of customers. Is service NOT included in the price we have paid? Irresponsible manufacturer. I recommend NOT buying any products from this manufacturer.
