Hello guys this is Sangharsh from Nagpur today I’m going to give you my views on this smart LED TV from Western well 5500 I am not getting that much of performance at clarity from this TV as much I expect from it its picture quality is not up to the mark they said its full HD TV but I found lagging problem during playing 4K videos in it so it makes me very annoying talking about its user friendliness so yes it is easy to operate and quick responsive but it will not complete your value for money because at this price range you can purchase a much better product then it which provides you many more features as well as better performance as compared to this TV. Other features like Bluetooth connectivity Internet surfing and gaming experience is satisfactory not much good not very less so I am suggesting you all before buying this TV that spend some more and go with best another granted and branded product thank you
