Westside is a TATA product, but I totally disappointed by the quality of Westside products. The store was opened in my city Anand a year ago and we amazed for that. Initially they have distributed few coupons to people to grab the attention. We are one of them.
I bought a trouser from there at cost of rs.1300 and that was a cotton jeans. The quality was pathetic and its colour is just drained off after just 2-3 wash and now it’s looking the different trouser than what I bought. Same thing happened with my slippers which I bought at rs399.
I had another bad experience too, the cashier told me that if I do shopping of 5k in a single day my membership card converts to gold card and I will get additional 5% discount on my next shopping. But that is totally fake thing and they are not replying properly when I asked about it. Poor customer service and they are just fooling customer so sell more goods.
Totally disappointed with Westside and especially being a TATA product I didn’t expect this. The quality of cloths and footwear is just ok not the worthy what you are paying and customer support is pathetic.
Avoid it or just go when they are providing 60% on sale.
