Been there to buy a formal shirt, bought one for Rs 599, but after 2 washes, the cloth shrink-ed and lost its shine.So I took it to the C Care for a replacement, as they had guaranteed if I am Westside card holder I could bring in the cloth within a year and could get the cloth replaced or get another cloth for similar or more cost.
But the CCare manager, Mr Bayagi started cross questioning unwantedly and kept telling how would the cloth shrink, I said I don’t know, it did for me. Finally with lot of hesitation he gave a Refund coupon and I took another cloth from another brand.
On the whole, I felt the store manger has no manners, the regular staff there where least interested in helping the customers find what they needed. Overall a bad place to go.
