I purchased sweatshirt combo product from whaaky.com worth rs 499 Order ID: WS80124802, Merchant ID - Way2Online Retail Pvt Ltd they sent me diff product, whatever they had in the product listing.
You can’t say it is same product. Initially I called them, it depends on your luck, sometimes their CC executives will pick the call and they put on hold for senior mAnasultangement, and some times it will keep on ringing, you can say I wasted almost 70-100 rupees only to contact them.
My concern was to change change or refund the money, , Product is too poor and that too fleece, no sweatshirt comes in fleece fabric, its jacket that we can find in delhi local market @ 100 - 150 bucks and even they send send me different size Seems like they purchase their stock from cheap chapri markets and sells on internet, After so many calls they replaced with cheap product only but better one is dark orange and other one is dark blue, initially it was pink, I never thought I will get in trap of some cheapsters/.I gave both sweatshirts to my maid husband .
