Due to defect items received in the month of Oct’2017, the same has been returned to Whaaky within stipulated period. But till date , Whaaky has not refunded my amount. After several my requests through e-mail as well as telephone, they had only given assurance to refund the amount within one week. Since last 01 year and 04 months they given assurance only.
