Its a total fraud company. I have orders 3 pair of jeans and its quality is like just to use as "mop". I have ordered it in 28 size, they send it as 32. After this harassment, they said courier it back.
I am living in Rajkot, I have to courier it to Hyderabad. They have policy terms that we will just give you 100 rs for courier, now you guys say, 2.5 kg weighted item, is it possible to send within 100 rs? Such bloody non-sense company. I have paid 260 rs. Then they just eat our product as well as my rs of courier, 260 rs.
Now do I do? Any suggestions? Plz guys I need the help to shut their mouth. I want to close their company and want rewards for my product as I lost my total money.
