Whaaky is one of the worst online shopping sites for below mentioned reasons.
(1) The transport which it uses, BMO(Book My Order) is not at all reliable since it fails to deliver on time often.
(2) They don’t have a system to refund back your money if the order is not delivered or cancelled.
(3) Response from their customer service centres are very poor. Many times their contact numbers are out of service o no one answers the call.
I had ordered 7 pieces cutter and sicer for Rs. 499 2 months back but still I haven’t received my order. I tried calling them but of no use. They did not delivered the product nor did they refunded my money.
So please beware of such sites and stay away.
