The Product on Whakky are fake. I purchased Sony power-bank I got the damaged power bank mail to Support but no reply called customer desk not picking up the phone.
My Order number was: S801145884 and I have mailed 3-4 times to Customer support for cancellation but no reply from the support side.
This is the worst service I saw ever form the eCommerce site.
Do not but anything from Whaaky.com. it will be wastage of your money
