User interface and the design of WhatsApp Business is same as WhatsApp but the difference is it has some extra feature such as business category, opening hours, away message feature, etc.
It is simple, unique, and fast. The features and functions are amazing. I don’t find any flaw in the app neither have any complain about it.
WhatsApp Business is definitely useful. Even those people can use this app as secondary WhatsApp who doesn’t run any business. They don’t need to any third party app to run two WhatsApp in one phone.
