Concept- the concept of creating this application is great. this application is very easy to handle everyone can use this application easily rather you are educated or not.
Layout- if I talk about layout and design is good I my can change design according to my wish.
Features - features of whatsapp is great. I can share my photos, videos, and important document, songs without using E- MAILS.
4- usefulness- whatsapp is very useful but it waste our time also. everyone is stick to their mobile phones. it is very addicted. that’s why we can say that technology has benefits and harm also
