WhatsApp! This one app has been my favorites for years now. This app has seen more tears, smiles, fights and loves than any other thing or people in my life. This app has dealt with me very well and sweetly while when I was all alone.

The app is too smooth and easy for any not so tech savvy person My mom, who is not that tech savvy uses WhatsApp more than me. . It gives the option of archiving chats that are important but not used on a daily basis.

The one who has WhatsApp on their phone can contact anyone who is on their contact list and using WhatsApp, let that be from India or any other country.
