I would like to share my current experience having with this product. I have recently bought this oven from the nearest store . The store owner suggested me this and ensured me a trust on it, so I bought it. After two to three months of use, I founded some defects in this oven.
This oven is not light weighted which I wanted, its a very heavy, gives a problem if decided to replace it from its current position. Company has given a very bad locks. It sometimes become difficult to open, and close too. And the timer fluctuations was there. suddenly it changes from 3 min to 4 min.
This also has not a unique design. Its has normal style. Its front panel has screen to watch the timer. And Whirlpool branding on the front top left side, It looks good.
Initially I have been encountered with many issues. And it also consumes more electricity. Almost it consumes 4000 to 5000W a day, it became more expensive to use. Sometime I couldn’t understand what is happening with this oven. I was not able to set the timer, frequently I have to press that buttons, to work. It don’t have a durability more than a year.
I told this problem to their supportive team for further solutions, they did their work with calmly, supported me very well. Good service from whirlpool.
