I would not say bad to the company because this brand has been in the market since a very long time.
All I would say that some times it depends from model to model and the way it is used.
I have a microwave from whirlpool since 3 years and its wroking absolutely fine. I use it for my personal use in my house and also take care of it as well.
All I would say that among all the electronic brands which are in the market.
Whirlpool also stands in a good position.
