We brought this fridge around 18 months ago, as soon as it was delivered there was a fault with it straight away, for some reason it would not adjust to cool temperature. As it was purchased less than 28 days it was repaired free of charge.
The freezer draws are easily jammed and take a bit of frustration to get them out! The shelves are easy to remove for cleaning but are a nightmare to put back in. Around 14 months after we purchased it, we had another fault, a relay was getting stuck and kept clicking, after a few hours, the light would turn off, then eventually the fridge would turn off. Unplugging in and out solved the problem but it kept getting more and more frequent, until it got to the point that we either brought a new fridge or we get this one repaired. They sent an engineer out to fix the problem which was a new control board was needed. It cost us for the repair which also placed a new 12 month warranty on the fridge.
A cool feature, in the freezer is that you can detach the draw handles and use them as ice cube trays, although they are a little awkward to get out. All in all, I’m in no way happy with this fridge with the amount of faults there have been, surely fridges should last a few years at least?
