I am just surprised to see the Attitude of WHIRLPOOL Customer Service Team is providing. putting the event in in this forum because I am completely harrased by them.
I am using Whirlpool refrigerator, there is problem in door and it is almost broken.for which I lodged a complaint on 09 may morning time. 10th after following up for serveral time I managed to speak to the Engineer assigned for my complaint.
1) he was so rude that I almost did not want to speak to him, but I wanted to get my refigerator problem resolved. I spoke to him. it was like as if he is doing favor to me by talking to me.
2) finally he had come to my home on 10 evening, and said he will get back to me by 12th may to replace the faulty part.
3) and the horrible time starts from now. since then I am after whirlpool, calling calling and calling.he is not picking up my call.
I am calling call center they are not responding, I wanted to esclate this to the senior. AGent promised me for call back from their side in an hour.today its 12th nobody called me from whirlpool. I again spoke to agent.he is giving me some different story. and promised again that his superior will call me again.
surprised to see the feedback that, per whirpool they dont have part available with them.i would take that point if some retailer says that.shocked to know that OEM(a refigertaor maker) doesnt have the part available with them.WHIRLPOOL PLEASE WAKE UP.
me and my family are being obliged to whirlpool, kind of service they are giving. all the food are getting perished because of whirlpool.
so pathetic service.
