I bought this fridge for 23000 inclusive of a premier stabliser from Vasanth and co.Needless to say in this pandemic time we all know how tough it is for us to shell out our money in this fridge already we are paying annual maintenance charge every year(around 5k for water purifier) like that the moment this fridge entered our home the service guys tried emotional black mailing to make us buy their annual maintenance package for the fridge which costed crazy considering we all have seen fridges working well on its own till date.When I told them my unwillingness to spend extra right away they started saying the fridge will defenitely fail in a year or two. And if I don’t own their amc package I should just throw it away as the repair charges would cost me more than the fridge.Now my doubt is that why should I buy a fridge for 23000 when I clearly could get fridges from some cheap brands and shell out an additional 10000 for maintaining it? And how the hell can someone say that the product is bound to get repaired on the very first day I acquired it?.The moment they noticed there is no way they could steal my money in the name of amc they immediately started advising me to get a stabliser from them for additional 3k so that my fridge doesn’t fail.They literally wanted me to throw away the stabliser that I have now.Let me tell you this is all an emotional blackmail please don’t become prey for these kind of cheap tactics.Now coming to the good part whirlpool service center is surprisingly attentive and very quick.You call them today and they will be there on your door step by today.
